Anthropic redesigned Projects in Claude Code as a single ongoing conversation where Claude coordinates work by splitting it into parallel cloud-session threads. Each thread runs on its own branch with a repository copy, can open pull requests, auto-fix CI failures, and spawn subagents. Threads inherit shared instructions and memory. A 200-thread daily cap applies, and the beta is limited to select Pro and Max users on web and desktop.
